Based on individual choice.  Support for individual job finding, applications, interviewing techniques, and benefits maintenance.
Personal Work Adjustment Training Services
specifically deals with behavior and work adjustment training to assist and lead to competitive employment. 

Services Include:

*Vocational Assessment and guidance, including Keys2Work- enhances the job seekers ability to select an appropriate career by identifying their interests and skills.  Job seekers will be able to tie their skills, interests, and career path into employment
*Job support and job skills training
*Community based work experience
Vocational Rehabilitation Services
supported employment services designed to provide a means to reach competitive employment and to provide necessary follow-up support. 

Services Include:

*Job development
*Job placement
*Job site training
*Job support and follow-up in competitive employment

Supported employment programs are based on a set of principals. 
Eligibility based on job seekers choice.
Job seekers preferences are important.
Supported employment is integrated with treatment.  Competitive employment is the goal.
Follow along supports are continuous.
